How Many Home Businesses Have You Failed At?

How Many Home Businesses Have You Failed At? I have tried and failed at numerous home businesses over the past 10 years. If I had any other spouse than the one I have now I’d probably be divorced. For those of you who are married you know what I mean. The endless arguments about spending money that you don’t have on a sinking business that’s not producing. I know, I know, you tell yourself to just believe and keep pressing on. You believe if I just stay on this path long enough I’m going to achieve massive success. My message to you today is not to make you feel bad. It’s to share that I’ve been there done that. I’ve bought the T-shirt and have the bloody scars to prove it. I’m NOT a get rich overnight sensation. I’m not even a get rich in 7 month sensation. I’M A GROWING SENSATION!- More on this later.I have literally spent thousands of dollars over the past 10 years on many business ventures. We entreprenuers are a unique breed. It’s like once we have the entrepreneural spirit in our blood it’s hard to stop. We can’t just say I Quit, I will never do this again. That’s like telling a heroin addict to just QUIT. They can’t because as much as they would like to sometime’s, they LOVE it. Entrepreneurs LOVE the feeling of generating their own CASH. They LOVE the feeling of TIME FREEDOM. They LOVE the feeling of PASSIVE RESIDUAL INCOME. They LOVE being CREATIVE and HELPING others achieve the same success. Those are some POWERFUL motivators to keep pressing on.I’m now going to give you a list of businesses that I have tried and failed at over the past 10 years. Some of the memories I have are painful and I lost a lot of money, but it’s important to share with you my failures so I can bring this article to a close with a POWERFUL message that I hope benefits your life.1. Mail Order Business2. Psychic Hotline Business3. Selling Pre-paid Phone Card Business4. Selling Used Books5. Real Estate Investment Business6. Ebay Business7. Selling DVD’s and Electronics8. Selling Video Game systems (Xbox, Playstation 2, Nintendo)9. Network Marketing – Ameriplan Business10. Real Estate Investment Business – Bird Dog

These are the businesses that I have tried, spent thousands of dollars through the years on and FAILED! But, did I really fail? Did I make some money with those businesses? Yes. Did I learn and grow as an entrepreneur? Yes. Did I learn how to persevere through adversity?Yes.It took me 10 years of struggle and growth and I’m still trying. I have never given up through adversity and neither should you.Currently I’m building a Pre-Paid Legal Business and an Online Marketing Empire. Ha, Ha, now that’s THINKING BIG isn’t it?Seriously, I have read a library full of personal development over the years and I still remember one mentor in particular that shared something that was thought provoking. The great Brian Tracy said that most successful entrepreneurs FAIL at 6 – 10 business ventures before they finally achieve MASSIVE SUCCESS. This is something you don’t hear at most GET RICH QUICK seminarsThis is why I’m not ashamed to tell you that I’m not a get rich quick sensation, I’m a GROWING SENSATION. I have THOUSANDS of dollars and years of experience invested in my MINDSET.My MINDSET is unstoppable!! I have a million dollar MINDSET right now!!It took my 11th business venture which is the one I’m currently building and NOW I’m finally seeing some measure of success. It seemed like a long time coming, but when compared to working a job for 40 yrs. the time is nothing. So my question to you is how many home businesses have you failed at? If I can share one final Powerful message to you that I pray you take to heart, it is this… “Faith + Mindset + Marketing”.Faith in a Loving God who is on your side and desires YOUR success coupled with the proper Mindset and the correct Marketing skills will take you where you want to be in your home business.I wish you massive success!!

Your Online Business – Real Opportunity Versus Fake Opportunity

How many friends have approached you with excitement bubbling out of every pore in their body.

“…… you’ve GOT to take a look at this online business!!!!” All you’ve got to do is get TWO people who want to earn $1000 a week! You know two people don’t you!?!? Then they get two people into their online business, and THEY get two people and it just explodes and pretty soon you don’t have to do ANYTHING and you can quit your job and do nothing!!”

Your gut instinct tells you this online business sounds unbelieveably good (you don’t know how right you are) but you sign up anyway. With that comes a monthly autoship of $100-$300, but who cares? Pretty soon you’ll be making three times that in a week!

The Basics of Starting an Online Business

If you have spent any time searching at all you know that there are hundreds of opportunities to start an online business. But how can you decide which one to choose and which one you would succeed in? What is the difference between network marketing and an affiliate program? How do you weed out the scams? How can you know whether you will succeed in the business?

If you have absolutely no experience with any online business all this can be quite confusing. First, how do you find a legitimate online business? In order to be an online business some product or service must be provided. There are continually online moneymaking schemes where you simply send a given amount of money to someone somewhere above you in the scheme. Even if these are called gifting schemes to keep them from being illegal, they are not online businesses. They will not legitimately support you for any length of time.
