Is a business plan corny or for real? Something you might do when you get around to it – or an essential way to start any business?
OK most people either don’t know what a business plan is or how to create one …!
So I have created a simple free spreadsheet to help you get organised and quickly on your way towards working profitably.
This Excel-2002 spreadsheet *** allows you to quickly and easily record the time and money you spend and earn online – providing summaries that you can sort by dates, activities $ (or £) etc.
If you work, you will already know that every business needs to clooect this sort of information – on timesheets or in diaries for later billing or analysis. So even if you presently hate filling in your timesheet at work, maybe you can accept it is necessary, and start doing something similar for your online business?
Then at the end of each week or month you will easily be able to see what you have spent your time and money on and the results produced. So you can easily start doing more of whatever is most productive!
