So many people start out with a dream of making easy money online. But most people quickly discover it’s nowhere near as easy as the guru’s selling their latest ‘get rich quick’ schemes would have us believe. Unfortunately most people also pay a lot of money to learn this lesson.

What’s the catch? It really is a catch 22. There are just SO many things to do that most people either start to focus on just one thing or losing patience and keep trying new ideas and possibilities.

How true is the phrase “An Image is Worth 1000 Words”? If you work online, you probably know how important images are – and maybe you’ve even spent a lot of time and trouble buying, creating or editing images for your site?

Then what happens – somebody comes along and copies them for free! If you’ve deep pockets, maybe you can afford to do something about it? Otherwise why not simply add your name, logo or url to all your images?

If you run a business online – you almost certainly need a web hosting account. That usually means relying on another business to provide you with a service – and as is the way of the world, that’s where problems can start and become disasters.

Why am I writing about this today? Well I use Mattie Blaze hosting for a number of my domains – most on auto-pilot that I rarely touch. More than a week ago they had a problem and in their wisdom raised a ticket in their system (where I never look) and sent an email to my msn account (that got trapped in spam because they had never sent one there before) then suspended my hosting account – along with 50 websites!

Are you creating a real Online Business – or just wishful working and thinking?

The good and great Online Marketing Guru’s have their sales pitches refined to a T. Buy this, do that – and if it doesn’t work, just be patient and keep working at it, because the rewards will come!

Great for them once they have your money – but not so good for you, because the uncertainty and lack of income is not only stressful but wastes the most valuable resource you have when starting out = your time.

When starting out online, most people do not have any of their own products to offer for sale. The Guru’s answer is ‘that’s not a problem – just promote affiliate products and keep half (or more) of the sales price for your own profit’.
